Life coaching is results-oriented partnership between a coach and a client that focuses on making changes in the present.

1. Coaching is about discovery and empowering people to come up with their own answers.

2. Coaching takes the client from where they are to where they want to be.

3. In life coaching the client develops a plan of action to move forward, and the coach holds the client accountable to follow through with that plan of action.

4. Life coaching helps clients bring passion, purpose and meaning to all areas of their lives.

5. Life coaches help clients to creatively design, or redesign their life, career, or lifestyle, or to create a new identity.
